Welcome to Closingo. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Closingo website, application and related services (the "Service"). The Service is operated by Oniro Consulting L.L.C-FZ ("Closingo", "we", "us" or "our"), a company registered in Meydan Free Zone, Dubai, United Arab Emirates, with its registered office at Meydan Grandstand, 6th Floor, Meydan Road, Nad Al Sheba, Dubai, U.A.E. You can contact us at hello@closingo.ai. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. The Service
Closingo is an AI-powered sales training and coaching platform. It provides structured learning content and interactive voice and text roleplay with AI characters so you can practise and improve your sales skills. The Service is provided for training and skill-development purposes only.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. If you use the Service on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to accept these Terms on its behalf.
3. Your Account
You are responsible for the information you provide, for keeping your login credentials secure, and for all activity under your account. Accounts are for a single user and may not be shared. Please notify us promptly at hello@closingo.ai of any unauthorised use.
4. Subscriptions, Free Trial and Billing
The Service is offered on a subscription basis. We may offer a free trial that provides limited access so you can evaluate the Service before paying. Paid subscriptions renew automatically each billing period at the price shown at the time of purchase, until cancelled. Payments are collected by our third-party payment provider, which acts as merchant of record for the sale; your purchase is also subject to their terms. We may change pricing or plan features with reasonable advance notice, and changes apply from your next billing period.
5. Cancellation and Refunds
You may cancel your subscription at any time, which stops future renewals; access continues until the end of your current paid period. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: misuse, disrupt or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service; copy, resell or redistribute the Service or its content; reverse engineer or extract source code; use automated means to scrape or harvest data; share your account; or use the Service for any unlawful, harmful or abusive purpose.
7. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its software, content, characters, training materials, designs and trademarks, is owned by Closingo or its licensors and is protected by law. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service for your personal skill development while your subscription is active. You retain ownership of the content you submit and grant us a licence to process it in order to provide and improve the Service.
8. AI and No Guarantee of Results
The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate roleplay dialogue, feedback and scoring. AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete or unsuitable in some situations and is provided for practice only. It is not professional, legal, financial or career advice. We do not guarantee any particular outcome, income, sales result or level of performance from using the Service.
9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Closingo will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service, and our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the three (3) months before the event giving rise to the claim.
10. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or use the Service in a way that may cause harm or legal risk. You may stop using the Service at any time.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will take reasonable steps to notify you. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Dubai.
