Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to subscriptions to Closingo, operated by Oniro Consulting L.L.C-FZ, Meydan Free Zone, Dubai, U.A.E. Contact: hello@closingo.ai.

1. Free Trial

We offer a free trial so you can evaluate Closingo before you pay.

2. Payments and Merchant of Record

Our order process and payments are handled by our reseller and merchant of record, Paddle.com, which manages billing, subscriptions, and refunds for Closingo. Your purchase is also subject to Paddle's Buyer Terms and Refund Policy.

3. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

You can request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase, for any reason. To request a refund, email hello@closingo.ai or use the support or "Manage subscription" link in your Paddle receipt email. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method by Paddle.

4. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account or by emailing hello@closingo.ai. Cancelling stops future renewals, and you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.
