• Voice and conversation data: because Closingo includes voice roleplay, we process the audio you record during practice sessions, along with the text transcripts and feedback generated from it.
• Usage data: how you interact with the Service, including sessions, progress, scores and feature use.
• Device and log data: IP address, browser and device type, and technical logs.
• Payment information: when you subscribe, payment is handled by our third-party payment provider. We receive confirmation and limited billing details but do not store your full card details.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to: provide and operate the Service; process your voice and text inputs through AI to generate roleplay, feedback and scoring; manage your account, subscription and billing; improve and develop the Service; provide support; communicate with you about your account and the Service; and meet legal and security obligations.

3. Service Providers

We share information with trusted third parties that help us run the Service, including AI and voice-processing providers (to generate and transcribe roleplay), our payment provider, cloud hosting and database providers, and email delivery providers. These providers process data on our behalf under appropriate obligations. A current list of key providers is available on request.

4. International Transfers

Some of our providers operate outside the U.A.E., so your information may be processed in other countries. Where we do this, we take reasonable steps to ensure your information remains protected.

5. Data Retention

We keep your information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service, and afterwards only as required for legitimate business or legal purposes.

6. Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your Rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and you may object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any right, email hello@closingo.ai. You may also close your account at any time.

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember your preferences and understand usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

9. Children

The Service is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
